Please can anyone advise on the best PVR software to load on to USB stick for Openbox V8S?

Not really sure what you're looking for. The V8S is a closed system so is very limited on what you can add, save for a line and channel list.

Many thanks for the reply Bigdrinks, the spec said recordings could be made via USB stick.

Yes. Just put a decent, formatted fat32, USB stick in the back (or front even!) and you can record programmes with its in built pvr feature.

Ok that is great, many thanks for your reply and time, much appreciated.

Have play with your 'record' button on your remote. Then access your recordings via menu > multimedia. The pvr features will be greyed and inaccessible until you put a USB stick in. Have fun!

Brilliant arrives tomorrow, 1TB stick already landed, thank you.

Beware----your usb key may not be accepted unless you can partition to fat32---try a 32gb first.

Many thanks for that the reaper, might have to be a hard drive instead formatted to FAT 32.
