If it's saying specifically 'No signal' or similar on your STB then it won't be to do with your broadband but box,tuner,leads,connectors,LNB,dish....if it's intermittant it could be a failing LNB but if you check your SNR and AGC to see how they are

Another thing, make sure the LNB cables are definitely in tightly in the box.
