Satellite query on tuner a/b for H7S

Hello
can you help me with a Zgemma H7S.. ive got tuner a working for astra 28.2
Ive got tuner c working with terrestrial channels from my local transmitter
but i cant get tuner b working....

what ive done is run two co ax cables from my sat dish for each of tuner A and tuner B.
Ive swapped around the cables and they both work seperately if connected to tuner A but none work when connected to tuner B.
i think i have tuner A set up correctly...as simple for "configuration mode" , and single in "mode"
i tried different settings for tuner B..but must be missing something here...
Can you help me guys......?????

Make sure both tuners are setup correctly.

If using openATV:
Menu -> Setup -> Service searching -> Tuner config - tuner B should be set to 28.8
 
Hello..thanks to come and help.. Yes I have Open ATV 6.1 in my H7S....
I have tuner B set to 28.2
but nothing..... Am I in trouble...????
 
Disable tuner A and then try some channels.
The disable tuner B and enable tuner A and try the channels.
Finally, disable the Freeview tuner.

Have a play and see if tuner B starts working at all.
