quick beef in oyster sauce

a pound in weight of good quality steak cut in to thin strips,one tablespoon of cornstarch.
toss the meat in the flour,meanwhile quarter a onion and slice and deseed a green pepper.fry the onion and pepper for 2 mins in a hot wok,push to one side of the wok add more oil if needed add meat and fry for 2 mins on a high heat.stir in half a bottle of oyster sauce and some sliced up water chestnuts mix the onion and pepper in to the sauce heat through for 2 mins and serve.
you can add more oyster sauce to the recipe if required it's a matter of your own personal taste.
the green pepper should be sliced in to strips just kike the meat.
