Received 780 box today , firmware loaded , got channels but showing scrambled

Ive just received my Kryptview 780 box today , everything went okay loading the firmware.

Ive connected it all up and scanned the box , set up with home plug , im getting all the channels but when I select them the say scrambled , its showing 56 signal strength , im in St Helens , Merseyside can anyone help me set this up , when ive looked at the Network providers there is nothing on there for St Helens

After you scanned the box , did you leave it in standby for 5 to 10 mins?

Yes...I had to with mine.

Just tried it but still no luck arghh !

Then try deleting all channels.. do a factory reset. then.. full scan.. when full scan has finished .. press exit then put it in standby for a few mins.

low signal i see do you have bb only or min package as bb has its signal capped so you may need a booster,are you using splitters?

I'm in St helens too and have the same problem ( few programs available) what did you do to solve it???
