restor from hard drive

Hi a bit of a stupid question i back up to hdd and usb to be safe, yesterday i broke my h2s running wb6 so restored via usb no probs.
Question is if i can get the box running in a fashion how the heck do i restore my backed up image from the hard drive?
I've got it working fine now but would like to know for future ref.

Through the WB Config plugin (in the plugins menu). You can back up and restore your settings from here.

Oh I see restoring settings is the same as restoring image thanks for clearing that up.
