School Boy Error - Cline needed or Wooshbuild?

Complete newbie to all this and had a pre-bought box working as should until a few errors crept in so reflashed to IPAB without note of line for Cccam. Can anyone point me in right direction and have I read right that this isn't needed if I was to flash Wooshbuild?

So you have lost your line?
If so you can try and contact who you bought the box from and ask for a copy of it.
