Single combined channel list

Does anybody know if there is a way to set up one channel list using both satellite and cable so all the HD channels are available?
I now there is stuff in the zgemma section on how to do it with those boxes but would be good to have a guide for DUO2.
I am currently on vix but able to change if there is a better option.

i just keep things simple by having the 2 separate lists,possibly is a way and others can advise better.
