Sky deutschland 19.2 no channels

I have got my dish tuned to 19.2 on openbox v8s good signal.did a blind scan picked up hundreds of channels sky italia etc but no sky de.
Some transponders said failed in scan I think these could by they sky. De channels.. Am I missing something? What am I doing wrong? Is it the skew on dish?
Any help would be much appreciated

Most work here on a motor.So skew a possibility as is supplier.

Ha ha just sussed it thought same thing..got Same set up in Turkey and got no Italian channels on that so thought wrong sat. cheers anyway. All right channels on now
