Satellite Sky HD channels not working - other channels working!!!

Hi

On my ZGEMMA H1 box, Sky HD channels not working whilst other channel are working ok.

All cables at back of box are connected.

I have rescanned the channels, rebooted the box, restarted Softcam Manager and rebooted the box again? BUT no available.

Please help!

How can I fix it please?
 
not on 28.2 go read that post to see when they went.only users with providers boxes can have hd.hd cable side works.
 
Hi - Having read and re-read the post you referred to, it is a bit of banter going on.

It was working fine yesterday and today it is not working. Is there anything you suggest I should do?
 
we have better boxes like vu ,xtrend and we cant get them either so you could not have had them on sat box,recheck what box,tuner etc and how you got your channels.
 
I have SAT disk (Sky) and also a cooper cable plugged into the back of box. Internet is directly Cat5 cable into the router. Any guidance much appreciated.
