Skybox F3 Error E0001

Hallo Guys, i have a little Problem with my F3. When i get 2 Pcs of this Box new i want use my old Image from my older F3. The Image upload stop at 80% and the Box start new with E0001. So i think my new F3 perhaps is a clone version. I want update the Firmware with the Update Tool from Skybox.cc Page but same Problem - E0001. Please if anybody can help me with the right Loader and Firmware its perfekt.

this is a clone version. without knowing where you got the box from it will be difficult to update the firmware. hi-tech produced a guide on this forum which is for cloned boxes not sure if it will still work
