skybox f5s loss of signal while using satellite splitter

hi my skybox f5s will lose signal if i connect my freesat along side using a satellite cable splitter.
any suggestions?

Yes, take the splitter off.
You cannot split satellite signals.
Connect a new cable from your LNB to your second receiver.

Also, if you have any info concerning channel list update kindly explain to me because my sport channels are all down since yesterday except only liverpool & bike channel.

all channel list have used is same everything is still the same. thinking if the frequency has changed or there is any explanation on what to do to make it work

If your line/gift is working then do a single sat blind scan--locate the channels and transfer to favourites.

As I said have use the channel list it does't work for my skybox f3 only Liverpool fc & bike channel showing

Cline is 100% working. Under the single satellite is it blind scan to click or search because have done it more than 3x
