slow and freezing on channels

good morning, im after some help and advice if poss.
im currently running Andy mcbuild 6.1 on my zgemma h2 box , but over the last 3 months its starting to freeze on some channels, and even get stuck on a channel where you have to reset the box using on off switch.

all my virgin stuff is good and using superhub 3 and all cabling from house to box in street was renewed due to bad connection before settling this box up.

not sure on what to do next?
 
Try a test from another supplier, if still having problems maybe worth a re-flash with Woosh or Grog build as don't think Andy Mc builds have much support on the forum these days?
 
ok thank you for the reply , will I need to do a new line if I reflash? or is it a case it will pick up on whats is there already?

Save the line and then re-enter it afterwards.
OR
Back up your settings to USB then once flashed, restore settings.
