Satellite sound no picture

getting sound no picture on 4k
my provider has added 4k iptv sports but getting sound but no picture
4k works fine on sat 4k channels

Iptv and dvb-s to different


Try on another device and contact provider

Streams are working fine on other 4k enigma2 boxes
So that why I asked about it as it must be something with the h7

Service app and change the type of stream maybe

No I have not but another fellow member has posted a video with them working on a vu+zero 4k
And have tried different stream types and with and without serviceapp

I can't see it being the box if it can decode 4k pictures via satellite?
it can only be the stream or the way it's encoded

what are you getting in 4K on sat?

as an aside, I have DL some 4K stuff, plays fine on my laptop using an additional codec, but sound and no picture on my box,
my box [ formuler F1 ] isnt AFAIAA capable of proper 4K , but it does play UHD on sat.
could the zgemma be similar in thats its like the old "HD ready" TVs ?

On my h7 I can play 4K sat no problems
And I can play avi mkv eg 4K files no problem to

Don’t have 4K iptv to test

Live streams all the sky sports
Main supplier of iptv now has them available
Trt on 42e few other ones on different sats Nothing to get excited about lol
