Starview 7 IP error/Scrambled Channels

Hey, so i've got a Starview 7 box, with Carling 1.04 which is the latest firmware I assume? Anyways, I only get the free channels to work, the rest all say scrambled, with 'IP error' at the bottom.
I've rescanned with and without LAN cable in, but to no avail. Any help? Thanks

i had the same problem with ip error on my mates box it was running through a seperate router found out that when mac filtering was turned off it worked perfect so it could be that after that we had to set box back to factory and then put carling back on and scan ect ect hope this helps

as stated...factory default,re scan...if same problem persists,re install 1.04....if still problem,reinstall 1.03...sorted!
