that is the big question do you or dont you,whats the least you can subscribe for in case in goes down then you wont feel too bad as you did not pay the year,only you can decide to pay or move forward to something else.

SV is a waste of time n space. KV or satalite i recon. at least with sat u can pay monthly or more n the openbox hd is only 60. and if ur provider messes about u can just switch as loads are on the sat thing :)
