HI hope someone can help i came home from work tonite switched box on and noticed my box volume down so i tried turn it up and couldn't so i switched on and off still same.
So i used the app on my iphone to turn it back on then it went to mute,
strange then all of a sudden my box opened up the menu and navigated it self to to erase to factory default what as happened have i been hacked or something
