Strong Signal But Constant Freezing

So my signal strength is on 99% so i know its not that.
Also i tried a test line from another server and that didn't make any difference either.
Just as bad freezing

Any suggestions as at a bit of a dead end

Info panel-softcam panel-green button to restart,, might have to do this a few times,, it worked for me

Whilst on any channel press green then green again to enter 'download plugins' select cacheflush

Ok, done that. No different.
I even just installed oscam and my signal has gone to 100% but freezing possibly even worse now
 
I appreciate your help but i'm way past all of these steps.
I reflashed the vix image, tried various softcams, tried test lines from other providers, changed cabling etc etc
Still get bad freezing

Pretty sure netID is correct.
Some channels i barely get freezing (sky movies) but BBC1 and ITV are terrible.
You'd almost expect it to be the other way around (premium channels freezing and FTA good)
