talk talk problem on skyboxf5

a friend my my have skyboxf5 and he was using talk talk broadband from today morning his box stop working.
same skybox box on his neighbors home working he was using virgin broadband.

same problem happen with one other friend he was using talk talk broadband his box also stop working he i ask him test it on virgin or sky broadband will update you guyz.

any one have same issue overthere who hav talk talk?

If that's the case my brand new talk talk router will be returned as soon as its delivered.

cannot see it personally though.

I'm on talk talk large, no problems here using a v5s, basically the same box. Have you checked the line?

Did you buy a box with gift off ebay by any chance? If you all bought them off the same person its more than likely there server is down or that you can no longer connect to it. I have never heard of such issues with talktalk

do you know the speed of your b/band as I was told these boxes need about 2 meg to work,

talktalk had problems this morning however, i beleive most of them have been resolved mine was off for about an hour
