Tune Fail on FTA Channels but sly ones Ok Urgent Help Please as tried everything

Hi All,

My father is getting Tune Fail on FTA channels but he receives Sly ones ok ?

On BBC1 the signal test shows 0% from dish but then when he is watching sly channels it shows as 90%

I updated config file from GitHub and also updated autobouqet scan but still the same on FTA channels

Any ideas please

does it show 0% on both Tuners for FTA channels?

yes both 0% but only on fta channels like bbc1 itv etc but get sly ones fine and when on sly1 the % then goes to 90% which is baffling me

Has this just happened out of the blue, or since connecting to his Zgemma?

is there another box he can try, like an old Sky digibox?

can his box be tested elsewhere, like at yours?

by a process of elimination you establish whether it's a box fault or, perhaps, an LNB fault!

I have a feeling lnb as he has 2 boxes 1 upstairs also which is same fault so going to take mine and check.
