About 18 months ago I got an Android TV,, set it and for freeview and left it.

As well as a normal ariel socket it also has sat socket and i have the option to tune the sat tuner. Until now I have never bothered as I, well @Willo3092 installed a unicable lnb for me thata goes to me e2 boxes.

i was reading another thread on here about sat tuners on tv's etc and I thought I would check if I could connect it to the TV.

So I have the option on the TV to enable Unicable but I am totally lost as what settings I should set them to.

Here is screenshot from sat setup screen (I've played with changing some things like LNB Frequency)

Below is the screen I get when I go to unicable seting

Does anyone know what the settings should be? I am asasuming user Band is same as athe scr number on e2 boxes which needs to be unused by any oother device but apart from that I am at a loss

You should state which LNB you have so people can see which SCRs it has. You are correct, user band is SCR frequency. And yes, you must set it to a frequency not being used by any other tuners connected to the LNB.

I don't recall the LNB make etc but here are the settings off my VU+ using FCB tuner, don't know if they help

Those GT Sat Hello use same frequencies across the model names. Check the xml file for frequencies, I am not at home.

Also, I forgot to mention, most devices will do unicable 1. The first 4 frequencies on LNBs are unicable 1 on most of them. So, change the frequency on vu+ to free up one of the first 4. Might aa well as start at 5.

These are my GT-Sat SCR's:

SCR 1 - 0975
SCR 2 - 1025
SCR 3 - 1075
SCR 4 - 1125
SCR 5 - 1175
SCR 6 - 1225
SCR 7 - 1275
SCR 8 - 1325
SCR 9 - 1375
SCR 10 - 1425
SCR 11 - 1475
SCR 12 - 1525
SCR 13 - 1575
SCR 14 - 1625
SCR 15 - 1675
SCR 16 - 1725
SCR 17 - 1775
SCR 18 - 1825
SCR 19 - 1875
SCR 20 - 1925
SCR 21 - 1975
SCR 22 - 2025
SCR 23 - 2075
SCR 24 - 2125

OK, getting somewhere but leaving it for now untl I get more time

I have sorted the settings, but as per my image in OP it shows no signal but when I search for 'free' channels it finds nearly 400 channels, but then when I come out of the scan screen back to TV it says no channels.
