Updated to windows 10 how do i delete windows 7

    Hi i have recently upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7.

    My laptop keeps telling me I can deleted the previous operating version as it is using memory.

    My problem is i cannot find where to delete when i go into storage and click the system i cannot see windows 7 to delete.


    Thanks any help appreciated.

    If you go to Start > This PC > C: Drive (or whatever your main hard drive is), you'll see a folder called Windows.old. You can delete that.

    Use the disk cleanup utility and remove old operating system files. cleanest way to do it. Once removed you can not roll-back to windows 7, you would have to do a fresh install.
