Usb drives

Hi,
quick question on what people are using as storage please?

i am trying to use 250 gb stick but finding it very fickle for swap file, peg etc.

16 g stick works great. Anyone know top limit?

250 should be fine. I'm using 500.
Know people using 2tb.
Is it initialised?
No partitions?
Using rear port?

I'm using a 64GB flash for the epg and swap file and a 4TB NAS drive for Timeshift and Recordings.

Ive just got a 32gb usb3 lexar jumpdrive. Seems to work spot on.

Not sure if your asking me but if you are my NAS drive is on my network so I'm only using one usb port for the flash drive.

Imho, if not using picons, the EPG/swapfile dont need separate usb. The harddrive is good for both. No speed difference. No problem with HDD an front port is free for dl films etc.

Not sure if your asking me but if you are my NAS drive is on my network so I'm only using one usb port for the flash drive.

I'm using one usb at the front for everything as my wifi is in the back (don't think it's possible to use wifi in the front). Got the setup I wanted using sucmnsee vix, was going to backup the setup but started getting the "really sorry" error and reboots.

I want to reset my usb drive but keep my current setup without having to do the whole flash at the back of the box start again ballache.

Any ideas

Interesting! Can the usb be used in the front. Does the 2tb usb mount on the box?? Can wifi be used in the front?
