Using H.2S as a combo

Hi guys, need some help with my Zgemma.

I currently have a H.2S. Having looked around this forum, I see people have managed to get a combo going on with this box to use both sly and Virmin lines.

My questions are, is it worth me getting a tuner that allows me to use both C and S?
Which one us proven to work?

Would it just be easier for me to flog the H.2S and get myself a H.2H and stick to C given the issues with Sly.

My preference would be to keep the box.

Thanks

You can get a USB tuner for your H2S which will do the same as a H2H (add 1 cable tuner) - either way will work.

A h2s with a cable tuner added outdoes a h2h with just 1 cable and 1 sat unless of course you add a cable tuner to that

Thanks for the replies.
Is there a specific tuner I need to get to be compatible with the zgemma or will a generic one do?
I'd imagine I'll need to install drivers via a plug in?

To be honest mate for the price your going to pay for a tuner( £60ish) you might aswell get a new box

Thanks. Gonna do some more research into the tuners. Exploring this further sounds more fun.

Of course, if all else fails, I'll just revert to the original idea of a H.2H
