Have you restarted the v8s since you got the new router? If not then a simple restart would probably fix the issue as it needs to get a new ip address from the new router.
 
Right. The provider is in touch with me and confirm that the line is working. Can you please share with me how to restart cam?
V8s works fine on hub 3... it's either you just need to restart your cam or your provider has gone AWOL as a lot seem to have done over the last week.
Hi can anyone please share instructions on how to reset cam please?
 
Usually restarting it sorts it out. I'm not sure on the cam restart process on that particular model but I'm sure there's people on here who will.
