You need to be specific in your problem.
The 2S is a sat box.
Most HD channels went ages ago from there so which channels are the issue ?
You mention Virgin which are currently blocking HD channels slowly for all regions but you cannot run a VM sub on the 2S ?
If it is via IPTV then you need to state this.
you'll have to reflash the box with a new image, look in the Downloads section at the top of this page, or download a new image for your box from the Zgemma website
How to fix 'no audio' in Zgemma H2S/H2H:
Press MENU on Remote
Select 'Setup'
Select 'Audio'
Select 'Auto language selection'
Set 'Prefer audio track stored by service' to "yes"
