VLC Streaming error from recordings (IMAGE ATTACHED)

I can stream live channels okay just not anything thats recorded.

Any help much appreciated.

Have you tried it via iptv/media player then hdd and select the recording ?

Sorry this is remotely not locally.
I have issues using the dreamdroid app & pretty much every other app I try.
