vm line does saving permanently in oscam

hi iam using the build WooshBuild Infinity and using the softcam oscam-ymod_v18-t59 and when i switch off the box and put it back on again the channels are blank .. when i check in oscam the line details are not save.. how can i make the line detail stay permanently in oscam

What way do you mean switch off the box?maybe cam needs restarting?

Did you use the wooshbuild config tool "Cam importer" if so, it should really stay there where it is needed.
If not, import it using that tool

if you are entering the details manually via openweb interface you also need to save the changes made, scroll down past the part where username & password are entered, click on save

It took him a fortnight to add a 24h CCcam line, 6 weeks to flash WB and someone has now told him to use Oscam, the tinsel will be out before this thing's sorted, mark my words

if i switch it off from the mains and switch it back on again the box wil reboot and the lines details are not stored in OSccam

You dont power off these e2 boxes by the switch or unplug them ,when finished viewing use remote to power off to standby mode.
