VOD goes into radiomode

some of my vod content goes into radiomode on vix image.sound no picture?

Have you checked with your supplier if they have any issues . What box are you using and what are you using to playing your vod.

The file format of those VOD items is probably not recognised by your box. Do you have another device you could try your sub on? They would probably work on PC VLC or Android box.
