vu duo+ freezing

All of a sudden my vu duo+ has started glitching every few seconds and then freezing about every 10 mins. I have to manually start Mgcamd 1.38 to get it going again. this has just started the last few days its been fine before. Any ideas why this is happening and how to fix ??

are you sure its a duo and not duo2? cable or sat?

Sorry its a duo2 on sat

presume your signal and quality readings are very high 95+ and how are your free to air glitching also? cables tight on box and lnb.
have you retried rebooting box and router as i also had glitching while on sat.
mgcamd should be set to autostart ,might you have a faulty mg_cfg file which causes box to go slow.

Tried all of the above the other thing that happens is when first switching to scrambled channels it takes a long time like about 30 seconds for them to start

more than likely your line provider but try a test line first to see if that works ok.

I have been with the same provider for about 4 years always been fine. Its a strange one
