Vu USB turbo not recognised

Hi,
Got a Vu solo2 running vix. Have installed the Vu tuner plugin, but tuner not recognised. Tried a sundtek tuner and works perfect. Any ideas?

you need to download the turbo driver in plugins after installed restart box then chose your nearest transponder terrestrial

Had already downloaded the plugin and restarted but tuner not showing up at all.

Hi I had the same trouble it has to be done a certain way uninstall turbo from plugins remove tuner from usb port install usb turbo driver again don't plug in tuner after driver installed turn off at rear then plug in tuner then switch on after booted up you should have led light on tuner scan tuner using. Dvb t not c
