Satellite Warranty on H7s

Hi
What is the standard out of box warranty on the Zgemma H7s ?
I got an email for WOS stating 2 year hardware warranty (in capitals underlined red ink) . I contacted our forum sponsor as it states 1 year warranty on all models - I don't think they understood my question as I got the reply "we cannot change details on individual orders"
Is 2 year warranty standard or is this just something from WOS?

It's just from WoS. I've not seen any other company offering 2 years warranty.

The manufacturers warranty is a year, or was when I was selling them, the problem is the manufacturer is in China so generally the seller takes care of repairs/replacements etc. How long they offer is basically down to them. I've found with zgemma, they don't suffer from hardware issues, normally if they are working when you get it then its going to last for years, I've only ever had issues with boxes when first used, ie faulty to start with, so personally I don't think 1 year or 2 year warranty is going to make much difference.

I've had my H7C 18 months and it's suffered some proper abuse and still going strong.
