Satellite Watching two channels at once

Hi, I could do with a little help. I am trying to watch my zgemma on my main tv and on dream player via a fire stick in a bedroom. I can get the firestick to work perfect but at the cost of turning over the main tv. I have a twin tuner but it comes up with a 'no free tuner error. Any ideas? Please.

Out of the box the HD has a dvb-s and dvb-c tuner. Do you have two s-tuners build in?

If you have just one dvb-s tuner, you can just watch simultaneously channels from the same transponder. The others are greyed out.

Are tuners all configured

Also try using the firestick to switch over then switch the TV back over this worked for me
