WhoCrashed reveals the drivers responsible for crashing your computer

Be careful at the download stage to choose the "Free for Home Use" option. There is also a pay for professional edition ;)

It should be a straight install for Vista and Windows 7 users.

Note: when running WhoCrashed on XP (32 bit) or earlier operating systems it will require the 32-bit version of Windows Debugging Package (WinDbg). The program will prompt you to either locate it (if you already have it installed) or to download it from a Microsoft site.

Also Note: Windows XP 32bit users may also need Netframework 4 available HERE:

Ive got this got it from here last time it was posted! Im using windows 7 and it helped when i had problems with my pc when it crashed. Now got it on all the pcs in the house thanks to TK!

Yep, I thought it was posted before but it's no harm to have it here again, very useful tool.

Users tend to forget helpful items as they may not be relevant to them at the time of original posting & when they eventually do need something they forgot it was ever posted lol

Maybe we need to sticky more often when it comes to helpful tools?

totally agree with you. There is often something that you remember seeing on here but cant remember where it was or how long ago it was put up!
