Wifi Dongle Issue

hi all, new to the game so might be a stupod question :)
i have setup my skybox f5 today but when i plug the wifi dongle in it doesn't seem to recognize it? it just says on screen 'wifi enabled, but no device found' am i doing something wrong???

wifi works fine for me.... only issues i have is if i download big files like 1080p MKV's or full BDR's apart from that touch wood is fine...

to OP have you actually gone into your settings and connected it to your router (y)
 
the problem is a lot of the time when trying to connect to wifi it will keeping timing out. you have to go into wifi manager to connect to your wireless router.

I found it easier to use a wifi repeater and LAN cable into the F5.....leaves the USB free for recording etc
