WiFi issues help!

Hi I hope that someone may be able to help. I'm having trouble with my WiFi set up where on any device connected to WiFi freezes, doesn't load images gets stuck etc until a speed test is run, this seems to clear the line and it starts working again for a short while then a speed test is needed to clear the line again. It happens on all phones tablets etc.

I have my TV setup via a hard wired connection and it streams 4k no problems at all it's just the wireless

the line into the house has been tested with no shows no outages .

I have just changed from plus net to sky and same issue

I have changed my sky router to a wireless access point tp link eap 225v3 and no difference,

I have scanned and changed WiFi chanel to the least traffic channel

I have cleared cache on apps, reinstalled apps and no joy

Any suggestions with settings would be gratefully received

Tried that but they said it's not their issue as there has been no outage, wired connection works, they said possible wireless interference but can't locate anything that may cause it. The router was downstairs and access point is in the loft
