Windows 7: USB stick edition is tailored for netbooks
Along with all the other versions of their new Windows 7 software, Microsoft have also released a pint-sized USB-drive edition of the software, allowing you to upgrade to the new software via USB.
As reported from Pocket-Lint, the USB edition will be particularly useful for those of you who are using systems without CD drives. As many of you are now starting to adopt the popular netbook, this will be the case for a lot of you.
If you want to try this out, all you have to do is purchase ‘Windows 7 for netbooks’, then download an ISO file from Microsoft’s website. After that, you’ll need to make that drive bootable then it should start working once plugged in.
Let us know if you are planning to try out this method.
