A woman is due to appear in court in Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh, charged with child cruelty.
The charges are in connection with the investigation into the death of 15-month-old Millie Martin.
She died in December last year a day after being admitted to hospital.
A 30-year-old man has previously appeared in court, charged with her murder.
