WooshBuild Nline help newbie

Good morning, newbie here please be gentle.
Hopefully a relatively easy question for someone with more knowledge than myself. I've flashed my h2s with WooshBuild which is great just got to install the nline my provider has sent this over to me in just plain text am I right in thinking I just copy the full text he has provided me and then save as a notepad file then load that onto a blank formatted usb stick and my box will do the rest? Any help would be appreciated

Within the cam importer file there were 2 example files of cccam.cfg and newcamd.list
Your details need copying into the newcamd file as per the examples shown and then put onto your usb.
Hit green button and then ok on cam import and woosh build will install it for you providing the format is correct.
