Wooshbuild V5 screen

Hi all I have turned my box on today and all I got was Box booting several times till it freezes on 00 Wooshbuild v5 screen. Turning it on and off at the wall just starts the whole process over again. Any help please?

I would also like help with setting things up to look like Sky plus please?

Still saying they are down.

Dropbox says it has been suspended due to excessive download, they are not the WooshBuild server.
