Yes, flashing your box removes everything on it.

You can backup your settings and when asked during the flash you can choose to restore plugins, this won't always work though if you installed plugins manually from an IPK and they are no longer available or they have been removed from the plugins list (this is unusual).

IPTV details or how to re-install should be available from your provider.

I have all details backed up.

I'm just reflashing from 6.1 to 6.2 so I can pause and fast forward VOD
 
Is it possible to chnshe the seek bar values? The seek bar currently splits everything into 8 minute chunks so when forwarding I'm missing chunks of programs
