Zgemma Boxes Stopped Working

I have 3 Zgemma boxes all running on different lines and it's been great so far. Just this afternoon, the 3 boxes stopped working at the same time and it's been like that all afternoon. I went to the website for checking line status and they are all green meaning running fine. Internet is working normal too.

I've flashed them all like 2 times and it's still not showing the Sky channels. All the FTA channels are working ok. Anyone experience this before and how to resolve it please?

Put your box on a scrambled channel, restart the cam and wait for 3 minutes.
