Hi,
So i had problems initialising my 128GB micro SD card on my box using Vix . Card was from China so thought it was a dodgy one but it eventually got sorted, Couldnt find much on this so heres what i done to fix it.
1) Format the micro SD card using Minitool Partition Wizard free ,
Download this and run
pick the card in question and right click, press delete
right click again and press create
pick Ext 4 and ok
Press Apply on top left
This should format your card to Ext4
2) Plug this into your box and turn the box on (box wont read the card if it is plugged into a live box)
3) I initialised the card but dont think you have to
4) Set up your Swapfile
I hope this helps, for some reason it doesnt give you the full 120GB memory you only get about 76GB for recording but better than a dead card!!
This is my first attempt at a instuctional so go easy!! Thanks too to everyone on here , if it wasnt for you guys i wouldnt have a clue !!
