Zgemma H.2S will not flash properly

Hi new to all this Zgemma
used whoosh v5 and it loaded ok and worked
but after turning the box off and on again nothing worked
so tried a new flash seemed to work but only went to the box screen not the whoosh screen
so tried a factory re-set and re-flashed again no whoosh screen and instructions
anyone any ideas please.

Did you buy your box directly from Zgemma?

And have you followed all the instructions. If you flash the basebuild of Whooshbuild v5 it should normally prompt you through a few menus and then update you to the right firmware itself.

Sounds like the flash drive isn't formatted properly.

remember zgemma are the most reported for not flashing due to bad/faulty cheap usb sticks.
use a good quality kingston,cruzer,integral,san disc 8gb in size formatted to fat 32 and read the tuts of how to flash correct model.
