Hi all, completely new to this, please can someone help.

I am trying to put WooshBuild 7 on to my Zgemma box and I get the following message not he second screen:

Your satellite box is not connected to the internet. Please resolve this issue.

I have no other functionality with any other buttons and am now completely stuck, I don't seem to be able to do anything.

There is no wooshbuild infinity download, you add it via command line posted above, but you flash openatv6.2 first

Followed the link and downloaded the file with todays date.
Unplugged the the power cable from the back of the Zgemma placed in the USB drive and plugged the power back in.....
    No change!
Apologies, I'm clearly not understanding something.

Did you unzip the downloaded flash files?
did you format the USB (fat32) before putting the unzipped files on it?
don't unplug the zgemma, just power off with white button, put usb in rear port then power it on with white button, also press standby button on font of the box until it says FLSH on the display

    It appears to be unzipped.
    Its fat 32.
    Ok reference the white button.
I'll try again with the standby button, as I don't think it said FLSH.

That sounds a little above what I'm capable of, I'll try what Pabloescaban said again.
