Cable ZGemma H1 Setup problem

Hi everyone ,

Im experiencing an issue setting up my box , when i start the scan on the autoboquets within 5 seconds it says tuner timeout and something about being locked?

I have RF connected and i have only enabled and configured the tuner DVB-C and not the DVB-S2 (Satellite) one.

Any help would be appreciated.
