Zgemma h2 box new to the site, new to the box, new to everything!

Hi guys, really sorry to bother as I'm certain this has been done to death! But I can't find a thread to fix my box.

ive got the above box, and regularly couldn't get sky channels. So after reading a few threads I've rescanned my box, and then ended up losing all the sky channels anyway!

Please help as im starting to consider to use it as a door stop!

You will need to give more information, like model of box, firmware the box is using, did you buy it preloaded , also the advance search button at the top of page might help you out ,
