Cable Zgemma h2h losing channels (sports, movies etc)

Please help, I bought a zgemma h2h last week and am regularly losing channels (sports, movies and loads of others. It's better after the nightly update but I have to keep scanning the channels and bringing them in again ! I wasn't expecting to have to do this ! Can anyone help ?
