Zgemma H2H no Channel names on HD

Afternoon all,

Can anybody help please. I have no channel names on all of the HD channels. All the normal channels have Sky Comedy etc, but ALL the HD have is "N/A" !

I have tried restarting the EPG etc but nothing seems to work.

press the menu button and select Setup -> Service Searching -> AutobouquetsMAker -> Delete bouquets.

Once that has completed try running a scan and see if the problem is fixed.

If not repeat the delete bouquets again but don't run the scan, instead press the exit button and then select automatic scan and then press the green button to scan, now go make a cuppa as it takes a while. Once it has finished run an abm scan.

Thanks for that. I will try that when i get back, but what is an 'abm' scan ?
