Zgemma h2h stopped all of a sudden and wont scan

why does my Zgemma box work with only a few selected channels after I have flashed it.
other boxes that I have configured in the past ie march and april they have most of the channels still.
it there a software update that will populate all of the channels again.
is there any possibility of receiving all of the vm channels with HD again or have they been blocked due to the v6 box.

I assume you have tried all the obvious things like scanned in autobouquetsmaker, added a different test line from another provider and tried different splitter etc?
 
we have tried re scanning in autobouquetsmaker manual and automatic with no joy.
perhaps you may know of a very reliable line provider that we could switch to.
tested different lines and splitter if functioning correctly and all good.

There's been changes to various setting lately, when you go to autobouquetsmaker, click update provider files before you perform a scan

i have followed your instructions but the vm channels still cannot be found.
i am using open6.2 and wooshbuild infinity.
when scanning it says at the end of the scan, failed to tune on tuner c

There's several threads about this,
if you go to menu>setup>service searching>autobouquetsmaker>update config files
then perform a scan
 
when we try this is states network connection error (errno 2). name or service not known

Check the box is connected to the internet:
menu>setup>system>network>device setup>network test

also check you have correct details in providers, should be set to Virgin UK
 
Network test has to show all green,if not reboot box and router wait a few mins and rerun the test again to see if all green.
possible qam change and area has changed as said on other posts.
